摘  要:CO2驱开采技术越来越成为低渗透油藏提高采收率的重要方式,被世界各大油田所重视并试验。根据注气需求,研究了CO2驱分体式丢手注气工艺管柱,管柱可以实现锚定、反洗、分体式丢手、免压井作业等功能。设计了管柱的配套工具,包括Y441封隔器、底部止回阀、反洗阀、丢手回接筒以及蝶板阀等,并针对CO2驱油特有的腐蚀性,提出了关于该管柱的防腐措施。胜利油田纯梁高89区块应用以来,CO2注入顺利,密封性能良好,且取得了较好的增油效果,为今后CO2驱的推广和应用提供了很好的借鉴。CO2-flooding technology is becoming an important way to improve the recovery rate in low-permeability oil reservoirs. Therefore, it is highlighted and tested by major oilfields all over the world. According to the requirement of gas injection, CO2-flooding split release gas injection technological string was studied. It can achieve the functions of string anchoring, backwashing, split releasing and snubbing operation. The supporting tools for the string were designed, including Y441 packer, check valve, backwash valve, release tie-back cylinder and butterfly valve. Moreover, in light of the corrosion unique to CO2-flooding, the anti-corrosion measures for the string were proposed. Since the application of the technology in Block Gao 89 of Chunliang in Shengli Oilfield, CO2 injection has been smooth and the sealability has been desirable. The expected oil increment effect has been a- chieved. This can serve as a good reference for the future spread and application of CO2-flooding.
