摘 要:针对目前抽油杆偏磨预测方法的不足,引入Archard磨损计算模型和流体润滑原理,在三维杆柱力学理论基础上获得杆管间接触压力,经几何分析得到杆管接触面积,通过迭代计算得出杆柱磨损深度,并使用修正古德曼图对磨损后的杆柱应力进行校验,从而建立了一种杆柱寿命预测方法。该方法较之前的寿命预测模型增加了磨损表面粗糙度、材料硬度、环境温度等因素的考虑,使得现有杆柱偏磨理论更加完善。在此基础上,提出以产量、系统效率和杆柱寿命为目标,以经济效益为目标函数的有杆泵多目标优化方法,通过抽汲参数的优选实现经济效益最大化。以实例计算验证偏磨预测模型的准确性,并解释论证了油井含水体积分数对杆柱偏磨的影响。In light of the weakness in the current prediction method for the eccentric wear of sucker rod, the Archard wear calculation model and fluid lubrication principle were introduced to obtain the contact pressure between rod and string on the basis of three-dimensional rod string mechanics. The contact area of rod and string was obtained through geometric analysis. The iterative computation was conducted to obtain the wear depth of rod and string. The modified Goodman diagram was used to verify the worn rod string stress. Thus, a method for predicting the life of rod and string was formulated. Compared with the previous life prediction models, this method takes into account the roughness, material hardness and environmental temperature of the worn surface, thus perfecting the present theory of rod string eccentric wear. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the multi-objective optimization method of rod pump, taking production, system efficiency and rod string life as the objectives and the economic benefit as the objective tunction. The maximization of economic benefit has been achieved by optimizing the swabbing parameter. The accuracy of the eccentric wear prediction model has been verified through the example calculation, and the effect of oil well water content rate on the eccentric wear of rod and string is expounded.
