摘　　要：我国2010年实施的"卓越计划"明确要求学生在企业累积学习时间不少于1年并购买实习保险,这充分体现了国家对提升高等工程教育工程环境育人功能的高度重视。根据工程环境特点确定高等工程教育专业宽口径的尺度,提高本科生实习保险保障水平,用真实工程环境育人的基本精神指导营造工程环境,是提升工程环境育人功能的有效途径。同时,需注意真实工程环境对学生学习的不利影响并采取相应对策。The national Education and Training Programs of Excellence Engineer implemented in 2010 clearly requires students to accumulate learning time in enterprises longer than 1 year and buy insurance.The educating function of engineering environment in higher engineering education was highly valued.The effective ways to enhance the educating function of engineering environment are ：fully consider the characteristics of the engineering environment to determine the professional caliber of higher engineering education,improve the safeguard level of internship insurance for undergraduates,construct a comprehensive engineering environment with the basic spirit of education by real engineering environment. Simultaneously, we should pay attention to the adverse impact of real engineering environment on student learning and to take appropriate countermeasures.
