摘 要:初春至秋末的漠大线管道和站场设备的表面温度低于环境温度,在湿度过大的情况下,会引起严重的冷凝水腐蚀,为此研发了一种涂覆方便,且便于大面积使用的超输水防腐涂层。利用疏水改性的无机纳米粒子和含氟丙烯酸树脂,通过一步共混获得表面粗糙的疏水涂层。涂层的SEM照片表明,涂层表面具有微纳米二级粗糙结构。涂层疏水性能测试表明,接触角达到了155.6°,具备了超疏水能力。通过对涂层的附着力、耐化学试剂、耐盐雾性、耐冲击性等进行测试和现场冷凝水试验,结果表明:该涂层具有优异的冷凝水防护效果,基本能够满足现场应用要求。For the Mohe-Daqing Oil Pipeline and pump station equipments, the surface temperature is lower than ambient temperature from the early spring to the late autumn, severe condensate water corrosion will be caused in a very wet environment. Hence, a kind of anti-corrosive superhydrophobic coating is developed. The coating is simple to paint and easy for large-area application. It is to form rough-surface hydrophobic coating by simple one-step mixing with inorganic nano- particles and fluoride acrylic resin after hydrophobic modification. The SEM photo of the coating suggests that the coating surface has a class I[ micro-nano rough structure. The testing results of coating hydrophobic property indicate that the contact angle reaches 155.6°, and the coating has superhydrophobic ability. The various tests (adhesion, resistance against chemical reagents, salt spray resistance, impact resistance, et al) and site condensate water test of the coating confirm that the product has excellent performance resisting condensate water corrosion.
