摘 要:新疆油田油气储运分公司彩南增压站目前使用的两台DPC-2804压缩机组,受夏季冷却水温度偏高、冬季级间缓冲罐至仪表盘的引压管道冻堵的影响,造成仪表故障和机组停机。为此,在研究分析机组设计组成的基础上,采取加强仪器仪表的检测更新、添加高效冷却液、加装防冻缓冲罐、强化保温等一系列措施,稳定冷却水温,减少了引压管道冻堵,降低了压缩机的故障停机率,保障了机组的正常运行,在油田往复式压缩机装置中得到了推广应用。Two DPC-2804 compressor units which are used now in Cainan Gas Booster Station, Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Company of Xinjiang Oilfield, affected by high temperature of cooling water in summer and frozen blockage of the press-leading tube between interstage buffering tank and the panel in winter, have instrument faults and unit shutdown. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the design of the units, a series of measures have been taken, that is, improving the panel test and replacement, adding high efficient coolant, installing more antifreezing buffering tank and strengthening insulation, to stabilize the temperature of cooling water, decrease the freezing blockage of the press-leading tube, which results in the decrease of fault shutdown rate of compressors Therefore, these measures are widely used in reciprocating compressor devices in the oilfield.
