摘  要:研究了温度对凹土滤料理化性能的影响,及凹土滤料在BAF中的应用情况。试验结果表明:温度为700-800℃时,烧失量为22%左右,强度为178~286N,酸碱溶蚀率分别为3.89%~4.14%和10.22%~0.28%,滤料表面粗糙、孔径发达、物理化学性能稳定。该滤料在BAF中启动快、运行稳定,HRT为2h时,COD、氨氮去除率分别可达83.33%、85.6%。常规范围内不同进水浓度对COD和氨氮去除率影响不大,耐冲击负荷能力较强。The temperature influence on physical and chemical properties of attapulgite filter material and its application to the BAF have been researched. The results show that when the temperature is 700-800 ℃, loss on ignition about 22%, intensity is 178-286 N, corrosion rates of acid and alkali are 3.89%-4.14% and 0.22%-0.28%, respectively. The filler surface is rough ,aperture is well-developed, and physics and chemistry performance is fine. The start-up of filler material is fast and run steadily in BAF,when HRT is 2 h,COD and NH4^+-N removing rates are 83.33% and 85.6%,respectively. Different influent concentration in routine range does not have much influence on COD and NH4+-N removing rates, and BAF has strong anti-shock loading capability.
