摘 要:研究了不同类型杀菌剂对腐生菌(TGB)和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)受Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+的影响。结果表明:非离子型杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮受阳离子影响最小,Na+对单季铵盐1227影响很小,但Ca2+、Mg2+对单季铵盐、双季铵盐、有机胍、季盐THPS等阳离子型杀菌剂和非离子型杀菌剂戊二醛影响都很大,可使其MIC增加数十倍,甚至上百倍。It is studied that Na^+, Ca^2+, Mg^2+ have influence on minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of total growth bacteria(TGB) and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) by using different types of bactericides. The results show that non-ionic isothiazolin-ketone (CMIT/MIT) is affected the least by cations ,and Na^+ has little influence on single quaternary ammonium salt 1227. However, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ have great influence on quaternary ammonium salt, organic guanidine,quaternary phosphonium salt (THPS),glutaraldehyde,etc. ,which could enhance the MIC to dozens of times or even a hundred times.
