摘　　要：铁型覆砂铸造工艺具有显著的优势,应用不断扩大,推动了覆砂造型机的不断发展。通过对射砂、加砂、开合模、自动送箱、快速换模等系统的优化设计,成功研制了适用多工况的铁型覆砂造型机,满足不同自动化生产线的需求。Sand-lined metal mold process has distinct technical advantages and its application expands continually, which drives mold machine improvement. Through optimal design for shooting sand, adding sand, opening and closing mould, automatically transporting mould, quick changing mold, sand-lined metal mold process molding machine is successfully developed to meet the needs of a variety of automatic lines.
