摘　　要：本文在论述贵州矿业对贵州社会经济发展具有重要支撑作用和对资源环境有较大破坏与污染的基础上,通过分析工业化与资源消费强度关系、环境库次涅茨曲线和对贵州矿业开发的经济环境承载力计算,得出目前贵州矿业对环境的影响形势堪忧的结论。结合贵州工业强省战略背景,提出了制定特殊税费政策,培育高新技术产业,延长矿业产业链,高效勘查开发,实施能矿一体化,加强绿色矿业建设等六个方面的矿业经济与环境保护协调发展的对策建议。The mining is significant role to the social and economic development in Guizhou province. However,the results is significant damage on the environment and pollution in the process of exploitation. This paper has analysed the relation between industrialization and consumption strength of resources, environmental Kuznets curves, as well as mining exploitation which impact on the economic and environmental carrying capacity. The conclusion is that mining economics declines in Guizhou, and the environment tends to deterioration. Base on the stratege of ＂big industries＂ in Guizhou, This article puts forward the following suggestions,including special tax policy, stressing high tech industry,lengthening the chain of minining industry, efficient exploration and development,integration of energy and mines, as well as green mining. These measures help to achieve coordinated development of mining economy and environmental protection.
