青藏高原和谐矿区建设评价指标体系初探

摘　　要：和谐矿区建设是转变经济发展方式、发展循环经济的一个重要组成部分。文章论述了青藏高原和谐矿区建设面临的主要问题,对建立和谐矿区评价指标体系的经济、环境、社会及综合评价指标进行探讨。指出青藏高原和谐矿区建设评价指标体系的建立,有利于提高青藏高原矿业的科学、和谐开发水平。Harmonious mining construction is an important part of circular economy development and economic development mode transformation. The paper demonstrated the major problems of harmonious mining construction in Tibetan Plateau, and discussed the economic, environmental, social and comprehensive index of the evaluation systems of harmonious mining. It suggested that it was favorable for the scientific and harmonious development of Tibetan Plateau mining to establish the harmonious mining construction index evaluation systems.
