拜耳法赤泥“三维排渗筑坝”方法的研究

摘  要:在目前国内的技术条件下,剧增的赤泥需选定一个场所露天堆存。拜尔法赤泥库常用传统的一次筑坝方法,该法需要较大的赤泥堆放场地或较大的坝体工程量。本文利用三维排渗设施,有效排出各个阶段的分离水和雨水,土工格栅加筋预制裂缝的发育、增加坝的稳定性,及轮流晾晒相结合的工艺,提出了利用拜耳法赤泥安全快速筑坝的“三维排渗筑坝”方法。通过试验并抽样检测试验库中各区固结赤泥的强度指标,得出:拜尔法赤泥一次浇注高3~3.5m时,利用该方法的工艺,经过10天的晾晒,赤泥的物理力学指标值得到较大提高,达到筑坝条件。该法为拜耳法赤泥快速筑坝在实践中的运用,提供了一定的依据和借鉴。In the present technological conditions,the roaring red mud need to be deposited in the open air place. The pond stacking red mud from Bayer process was constructed with traditional way usually,that was the dam had been built up before the red mud was piled up in the pond. The main disadvantage of the method included the biggish stacking area or quantities of dam. The damming technology of three- dimensional drainage is proposed, that adopts the three-dimensional drainage discharging the isolate water and rainwater,and installs the geogrid reinforcement controlling the development of fissure and increasing the dam stability,combines with air drying one by one. The experiment about the way has been carried on, and makes some conclusions by testing strength indexes of Bayer red mud sampling from trial pond:pouring Bayer red mud 343.5m heights continuously, after ten-days air drying, the red-mud strength indices have been improved greatly and it can be used to damming. This technology provides some references in the field of the damming quickly with Bayer red mud in the practice.
