摘  要:目的建立舒血宁注射液中芦丁和水仙苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用DIKMA Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(35∶65),检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃。结果芦丁在0.101~0.756μg、水仙苷在0.100~0.752μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r均为0.999 5;加样回收率分别为101.1%和102.0%。结论方法简便准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于舒血宁注射液中芦丁和水仙苷的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for quantitative determination of rutin and narcissoside in Shuxuening Injection. Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of DIKMA Diamonsil-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)at 35 ~C , the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (35:65 ) with the flow velocity of 0.1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 360 nm. Results Rutin showed a linear relationship at a range from 0. 101μg to 0. 756 μg ( r = 0. 999 5 ) and the recovery was 101.1%. Narcissoside showed a linear relationship at a range from 0. 100 μg to 0. 752 μg ( r = 0. 999 5 ) and the recovery was 102.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of rutin and narcissoside in Shuxuening Injections.
