摘　　要：根据《材料科学与工艺》编辑部2012年度优秀审稿专家评选结果,从审稿专家队伍建设、提高编辑送审能力、调动审稿专家积极性3个方面对编辑部与审稿专家之间的关系进行分析,探讨编辑部如何与审稿专家建立良性关系。Based on result of selection of outstanding reviewers of the year 2012 conducted by the editorial department of Material Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the relationship between the editorial department and peer reviewers from the following three perspectives： reviewer team building, improving editors＇ capability of choosing proper reviewers and activating reviewers＇ enthusiasm. The paper also discusses how to establish such a good relationship between them.
