摘　　要：通过阅读《对科学杂志文章的修改会得到回报》一文,引发了对办刊过程中一些问题的思考,认为编辑要领会赌石的精髓就要不断学习与磨练,而磨练就是不断发现问题和解决问题的过程。Through reading the article Modifications to the scientific journal articles will be rewarded, I have some thoughts on some problems encountered in journal publishing. I think that editors must keep on learning and training, in order to be skilled of discovering and solving problems.
