摘　　要：在可持续发展思想的指导下,绿色建筑顺其自然成为建筑业的发展未来。文章将着手构建绿色建筑经济效益评价模型,为促进绿色建筑的发展奠定基础。详细剖析绿色技术的各项增量成本、增量效益,更加准确的评价绿色建筑的经济性。Under the guidance of sustainable development, green building naturally becomes the future development of the construction industry. This article starts to set up a green building economic evaluation model, establishes foundation for promoting the development of green building. This article has a detailed analysis about the incremental cost and incremental benefits of green technology, and accurately evaluates the economics of green building.
