新型护理管理模式在社区医院中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型护理管理模式在社区医院中的应用。方法本社区医院从2011年5月-2012年5月实施新型护理管理模式,总结归纳社区医院中出现的问题,并提出相关的管理措施。结果采用新型管理模式后,社区居民对于社区医院的治疗护理满意度显著提高,两者前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中,护理纠纷和医院感染的病例,在新型护理管理实施后明显减少,两者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);另外,护理工作人员专业知识的掌握程度明显提高,两者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新型管理模式能够有效提高社区医院护理质量,提高社区居民对于社区医院的医疗护理工作的满意度,从而提高社区医院的医疗地位。Objective To observe and analyze the application of new mode of nursing management in community hospital. Methods Our community hospital had taken theimplementation of the new mode of nursing management from May 2011 to May 2012.The problems in community hospitals were summarized, and relevant management measures put were forward. Results After the new mode of management, the nursing satisfaction level of community residents for the community hospital treatment improved, there was significant difference before and after comparisons （P 〈 0.01）; in which case nursing disputes and hospital infection showed a reduction in the implementation of the new nursing management, there were significant differences compared between the two groups（P 〈 0.01）; in addition the grasp of professional knowledge of nursing staff were improved, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01） compared between the two groups. Conclusion The new management mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing care in community hospitals, improve the community residents satisfaction for medical care community hospital, makes the position of medical action of the community hospital improve.
