川崎病患儿的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理措施在川崎病患儿中的应用价值。方法对32例川崎病患儿的临床护理过程进行回顾性分析。结果整体护理措施包括高热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、饮食护理、药物治疗护理、并发症护理、心理护理和出院宣教;经过精心护理,32例患儿中22例治愈出院,10例好转出院。出院后经随访复查,之前有4例冠状动脉管壁轻微扩张患者现已恢复正常,1例管壁瘤样扩张患儿好转出院。结论川崎病患儿进行全面精心的护理能够提高疗效,缩短病程,减少并发症及改善患儿预后。Objective To investigate the application value of clinical nursing intervention in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods 32 cases of children with kawasaki disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed clinical nursing process. Results Holistic nursing care measures include high fever, oral care, skin care, diet care, drug treatment and care, complications, care, psychological care and discharge missionary; After intensive care, 32 cases of children with 22 cases were cured, 10 cases improved and discharged.Check the follow-up after discharge, before four patients with coronary artery wall mild expansion has now returned to normal, 1 case of wall tumor samples were expansion with improved. Conclusion Children with kawasaki disease thoroughly carefully nursing care can improve curative effect, shorten the duration of symptoms, reduce complications and improve the prognosis of children.
