摘 要:研究了氧射流对熔池的穿透深度与喷头参数、吹炼条件的关系。总结了喷孔夹角的计算公式。提出了不同吨位转炉的喷孔数目和喷孔夹角的参考值。在氧射流不交汇或交汇很少的情况下,多孔喷头的穿透深度可按单个喷孔的流量计算。氧射流交汇增加喷头对熔池的穿透深度。喷孔交错布置的喷头和喷孔均匀布置喷头相比,具有化渣好、喷溅少和穿透深度大的优点。适合于大型转炉高供氧强度炼钢。The relationship between parameters of nozzle, blowing condition and penetration depth of bath caused by oxygen was studied. Calculation formula of the nozzle angle was summarized. And the number of nozzle holes and angle for different tonnage converter were proposed. When the oxygen jet is not intersection or intersection rarely, penetration depth of nozzle with multi hole can be calculated according to the single-hole nozzle. The penetration depth will increase if the oxygen jet is intersected. The nozzle with interlaced holes is good for slag melting, less splashing and deep penetration depth. So it is suitable for large converter with high oxygen blowing intensity.
