摘　　要：信息化与工业化的深入融合将对制造业产生深远的影响,信息技术的深入应用将全面提升制造企业的研发设计、生产制造和运营管理水平,基于信息技术的制造数字化革命和分布式能源互联网的普及应用将带来分布式、社会化、网络化的大规模定制的生产方式,形成分散、开放、合作的社会商业架构和商业模式,重塑全球产业组织体系和产业分工格局。在两化融合的背景下,以信息化改造生产制造和经营管理全流程、通过服务化将经营重心向产业价值链的两端延伸、推动制造业向绿色化方向发展是制造业提升竞争力的主要路径。The deep integration of industrialization and informatization would have a profound impact on manufacturing. The depth application of information technology would significantly improve the R＆D design, manufacturing and operations management of manufacturing enterprise. The digital revolution of manufacturing and the applications of distributed energy Internet which were based on the information technology would bring us distributed, social, networked mode of production, which would form decentralized, open, cooperative business structure and business model, the global industrial organization system and industrial division pattern will be reshape. Under conditions of the integration of industrialization and informatization, to transform and upgrade manufacturing and operations management process with the information technology, to focus on the both ends of the value chain through service-oriented manufacture and the development of Green Manufacturing were the main path to enhance the competitiveness for manufacturing industry.
