西部地区高等教育综合效率评价研究——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法从技术效率和规模效率两方面对陕西省32所高校的综合效率进行了评价,根据数据分析发现:陕西省高校整体综合效率不高,但省属院校的综合效率高于部属院校,远离中心城市的地市高校的综合效率高于中心城市高校,陕西省高校资源使用的技术效率和规模效率上均有提升空间。Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） is employed to evaluate comprehensive efficiency of 32 universities in ShaanXi province with technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The result of data analysis indicates that the comprehensive efficiency of universities overall in ShaanXi is not high, but the comprehensive efficiency of Provincial colleges are higher than Universities directly under the Ministry, Local colleges and universities that away from city centre are higher than central city university, the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of resource utilizations in ShaanXi both have room to improve.
