摘　　要：文章在剖析社会创新的内涵及特征的基础上,分析了社会创新对技术创新的影响机制以及二者协同发展的途径。研究表明,社会创新往往是技术创新的前提、伴随情况或结果,技术创新则为社会创新的实现提供了手段与工具。建设创新型国家的关键在于实现技术创新与社会创新的互动与协同,而社会企业及企业社会创新是推进"社会创新-技术创新"协同发展的重要形式。Social innovation is more and more important for social development. However, the issue of social innovation has been neglected for long time compared to technological or business innovation. The paper shows that social innovation is always the premise and accompanying matter or the result of technological innovation, technological innovation provide the means and tools for social innovation in turn. The key for China building an innovative country is the interaction and collaboration of these two sides. The paper also points out that both the social entrepreneurship and corporate social innovation are effective ways to promote the collaborative development of social innovation and technological innovation.
