摘　　要：当前社会中存在的复杂矛盾和涌现出的新问题对城市社区治理提出了新的挑战。结合我国国情和现实情况,学习国外行之有效的实践经验,探索适合我国城市社区治理的路径,转变政府主导作用,发挥城市社区内部各主体的作用,使城市社区治理走向协同自治,进一步加快我国城市社区建设。Complex contradictions exist in the society and new problems spring up, which puts forward new challenges to the urban community governance. We should combine China＇s national conditions and reality, learn effective practical experiences abroad, explore the path of the urban community governance in our country, transform the leading function of government,and make the internal subjects of community play their own roles,to lead urban community governance to collaborative autonomy, and further speed up the construction of urban community in our country.
