摘　　要：党的"十八大"明确提出"保证各种所有制经济依法平等使用生产要素",这必将对民间投资结构转型产生积极的影响。在平等使用生产要素的视角下,投资资金作为一项重要的生产要素,其来源结构影响民间投资结构。本文以浙江为例,通过不同所有制投资主体的比较,分析民间投资资金来源方面存在的不平等现象以及民间投资结构的特点,并通过建立面板数据模型进一步探讨投资资金来源对民间投资结构的影响,最后提出各所有制经济平等使用投资资金的政策建议。The Party-eighteenth Congress first puts forward that all sectors of the economy have equality in the use of production factors,which will have a positive effect on the development of private investment structure.As an important production factor,the capital source will influence the private investment structure from the perspective of production factor equal use.Through the comparison of different ownership investment subject in Zhejiang province,we analyze the capital source inequality in private investment and the characteristic of private investment structure.Then we discuss the effect of investment source structure on private investment based on panel data model.Finally we put forward policy suggestions on the equal use of investment capital.
