摘　　要：目的建立临床护理质量综合评价指标,评价实施效果。方法成立护理质量评价指标体系研究小组,制定临床护理质量评价指标草案,采用改良的Delphi法进行2轮专家问卷咨询,在临床42个科室用护理质量评价指标进行质量控制,对护理质量评价指标使用前后的综合满意度情况进行评价分析。结果建立了包括5个一级指标、18个二级指标、79个三级指标的临床护理质量评价指标。评价指标信度较高。实施护理质量评价指标后,护理综合满意度由92.22%上升至95.34%,较实施前有明显的提升。结论通过建立有效的评价指标体系,对护理活动各个环节的关键点进行有效质量控制,使护理人员的行为活动更加符合工作要求,避免护理缺陷的发生。Objective To establish clinical nursing quality comprehensive evaluation index and evaluate the implementation effect. Methods A research group was established to study and formulate the draft for clinical nursing quality evaluation index. The improved Delphi method was adopted for a two-round consul- tation and the nursing quality index was implemented in 42 clinical departments for quality control. The comprehensive satisfaction evaluation on the index of the nursing quality was investigated before and after the situation. SPSS17.0 software was taken to analyze the data. Results The clinical nursing quality evalu- ation index was established with 5 first-grade factors, 18 second-grade factors and 79 third-grade factors. The implementation of the evaluation indicators of nursing quality led to the improvement in the nursing quality from 92.22% to 95.34%. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index of nursing quality can a- dapt to the development trend of modern nursing with scientific credibility and it can satisfy the new situa- tion of patients＇demand.
