摘 要:由材料力学和弹塑性力学推导出板带弯曲的数学模型,数值计算得到载荷挠度曲线。用ABAQUS有限元软件建立板带弯曲模型,提取出其中的载荷-挠度曲线。在100 t压力机上进行板带的弯曲实验,得到载荷-压下量的曲线。实例计算表明ABAQUS有限元软件计算结果与实验结果一致性良好。证实了该方法的有效性。由于数学模型计算的压力值偏小,故数学模型有待进一步完善。A mathematic model of bending plate was conducted by the materials mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics and the load deflection curve was got from the numerical calculation. A trip bending model was established by ABAQUS finite-element software and its load-deflection were extracted. The load-reduction of the curve was obtained by the bending experiment of andante belt progressed in a press of 100 t. Calculation of the example shows that the results calculated by ABAQUS finite element software are in good consistency with the experimental results. This confirms the proposed method. However,the pressure value calculated by mathematical model is smaller,so the model needs further improving.
