摘　　要：目的对西藏胡黄连Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用多种谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从西藏胡黄连的90%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为藏黄连环烯醚萜苷D(1)、獐芽菜苷(2)、龙胆苦苷(3)、甘露醇(4)。结论 4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1为新的环烯醚萜苷类化合物,命名为藏黄连环烯醚萜苷D。Objective To study the constituents in the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora. Methods The constituents of P. scrophulariiflora were separated and purified with chromatographic methods. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses. Results Four compounds isolated from the 90% ethanol extract in the roots of P. scrophulariiflora were identified as picrogentioside D （1）, sweroside （2）, gentiopicroside （3）, and marmitol （4）, Conclusion Compounds 1--4 are obtained from the roots ofP scrophulariiflora for the first time and compound I is a new secoiridoid glycoside, named picrogentioside D.
