摘  要:目的对朝鲜白头翁Pulsatilla cernua根中非皂苷类成分进行研究。方法采用开放硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、循环制备高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱手段对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从朝鲜白头翁干燥根75%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基-2,2-二甲基-苯并二氢吡喃-6-醛(1)、白头翁醌(2)、橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(3)、豆甾醇(4)、棕榈酸(5)、橙黄胡椒酰胺(6)、松脂素(7)、4″-甲氧基罗汉松脂素(8)、新海胆灵A(9)、(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-羟基十六烷酸酰胺]-8-十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(10)、5R-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(11)、咖啡酸(12)、6-去羟基迷迭香酸甲酯(13)、常春藤酮酸(14)、5-羟基-6,8-二甲氧基香豆素(15)。结论化合物1为首次分离得到的天然产物,化合物3、6、8~10、13、15为首次从本属植物中分离得到,化合物7为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the roots ofPulsatilla cernua. Methods Compounds were isolated by various kinds of column chromatographies on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and recycling preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by the physicochemical characters and spectral analysis. Results Fifteen chemical constituents were obtained and identified as 5-hydroxy-2, 2-dimethyl-2H-chromene-6-carbaldehyde (1), pulsaquinone (2), aurantiamide acetate (3), stigmasterol (4), hexadecanoic acid (5), aurantiamide (6), pinoresinol (7), buplerol (8), neoechinulin A (9), (2S, 3S, 4R, 8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol (10), 5R-dihydro-5-hydroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone (11), caffeic acid (12), methyl 6-dehydroxyl rosmarinate (13), hederagonic acid (14), and 5-hydroxy-6, 8- dimethoxycoumarin (15), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product, compounds 3, 6, 8--10, 13, and 15 are isolated from the plants in Pulsatilla Adans. for the first time, and compound 7 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
