摘  要:目的观察未成年大鼠亚慢性染镉对卵巢生长发育的影响。方法 48只大鼠按体重随机分为4组(对照组和低、中、高染毒组),氯化镉浓度分别为0、0.5、2.0和8.0mg/kg,每天1次灌胃染毒,每周6d,连续5周。于动情前期处死大鼠,观察镉对大鼠卵巢生长发育的影响。结果与对照组相比,高剂量组动情间期延长,而动情期缩短;各染毒剂量组体重下降,但卵巢重量和脏器系数差异无统计学意义;与对照组相比,高剂量组闭锁卵泡占比升高,而生长卵泡下降;血清雌激素(E2)无明显改变,孕激素(P4)呈下降趋势,但与对照组差异无统计学意义;各染毒组颗粒细胞培养液E2、P4水平均低于对照组。结论未成年大鼠亚慢性染镉,会影响卵巢卵泡发育及性激素分泌功能。Objective To observe the changes of ovarian growth and development of immature female rats with sub-chronic cadmium exposure.Methods Forty-eight female rats were randomly divided into four groups(control,low,medium and high dose)and were gavaged with CdCl2 at doses of 0.0,0.5,2.0 and 8.0 mg/kg respectively.once per day and 6 days per week for 5 weeks.The rats were killed at the day of pre-oestrus stage.And the changes of ovarian growth and development were observed.Result Compared with control group,diestrus was prolonged and estrum was shorten in high dose group.Body weight decreased in dose groups,but the weight and organ coefficients of ovaries were similar.Compared with control group,the percentage of atretie follicles increased and growing follicles decreased in high dose group.Serum estrogen concentrations of the dose groups were not significantly different,serum progesterone concentrations showed decreasing trend but were similar to control group.E2,P4 levels of ovaries granular cell in dose groups were lower than those of control group.Conclusion There exist effects on follicular development and ovarian hormone secretion in immature female rats with sub-chronic cadmium exposure.
