摘  要:结合宝钢某紊流酸洗机组的生产情况,探讨采用氢氟酸加硝酸作为酸洗液的紊流酸洗技术去除节镍型奥氏体不锈钢热轧板表面氧化铁皮的工艺控制方法。针对节镍型奥氏体不锈钢特性并结合先进的紊流酸洗技术特点,重点阐述了在冷轧工序中紊流酸洗的工艺特点。详细分析了节镍型奥氏体不锈钢在紊流酸洗工序中容易产生且较难控制的表面粗糙的成因及其关键的预防措施。Based on the actual production of a turbulent pickling line in Baosteel,the paper is about a technology and control method for removing the oxide scale on the hot-rolled low nickel austenite stainless steel, using the turbulence pickling technique which mixes the hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid as the pickling solution. According the characteristics of low nickel austenite stainless steel,combined with the advanced turbulence pickling technology, the paper focuses on the application of the technology in the cold rolling processes. The low nickel austenitic stainless steel in the turbulence pickling process is easy to cause surface roughness which is hard to control,the causes and the key prevention measures are analyzed in detail in this paper.
