摘 要:为了研究标准方法对检测沥青针入度指数(PI)的准确性,对比了由三个温度点和五个温度点回归计算得到的PI及相关承数,说明温度测试点的分布对PI结果的影响,并得出,由三个温度点计算得到的PI值在-1.4^-1.6范国内时,为了更加准确的表征沥青的感温性能,建议采用五个温度点进行验证;以及在只能检测三个温度点针入度值的情况下,对于70号和90号沥青,建议采用10℃、25℃、30℃这三个温度测试点进行检测。This paper analyzed the accuracies of the standard method for testing the penetration index of asphalt, and according to comparing the PI values and R values between three testing temperatures and five testing temperatures, the effect of the distribution of testing temperatures on penetration index (PI) was got. The results showed PI values were in the range of - 1.4 to - 1.6 at three testing temperatures, the paper sug- gested PI value should be verified by the method of using five testing temperatures for a more accurately value, and when PI values got only at three testing temperatures, the paper suggested PI value should be verified by these three testing temperatures of 10℃, 25 ℃ and 30℃ for No. 70 and No. 90 asphalt.
