摘　　要：目的建立一套科学、客观、全面的有宗教信仰患者的住院需求评估指标体系。方法在多元文化护理和马斯洛需求层次论指导下,应用文献检索法、半结构式访谈、德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法确立评估指标。结果构建了包含生理、安全、爱与归属、尊重、自我实现需求在内的5项Ⅰ级指标、12个Ⅱ级指标和37个Ⅲ级指标的需求评估体系。结论有宗教信仰患者的住院需求评估指标体系具有科学性,内容具有广泛性及可行性,为护士对有宗教信仰的住院患者实施需求评估提供了科学依据。Objective To establish a scientific, objective, comprehensive index system of hospitalized needs assessment for patients with religious beliefs. Methods Under the guidance of Leininger＇s multicuhural nursing and Maslow＇s hierarchy needs theory,the index system was developed by the means of literature review, semi - structured interview and Delphi technique. Results The assessment index system included 5 first level indexes which were physiology, safety,love and belonging ,respect and self- actualization, 12 second level indexes and 37 items. Conclusion The index system of hospitalized needs assessment for patients with religious beliefs is scientific ,widespread and feasibility,which can provide scientific basis for nurses to assess the needs of inpatients with religious beliefs.
