摘　　要：目的探讨体检中心排队管理系统的应用与效果。方法排队管理系统由预约登记、财务管理、医生工作、统计分析、总检5个模块组成。可完成对体检者的排队登记、排队管理,以及对暂停排队与取消暂停的处理,并且可以自动完成数据分析和体检报告。结果提高了体检者的满意度,缩短了体检时间(P<0.01)。结论体检中心排队管理系统的应用使体检变得井然有序,为体检者营造了一个良好的体检环境。Objective To explore the application effects of queue management system in the medical examination center. Methods Queue Management System was composed of 5 module, which included appointment registration, financial management, physician work, statistical analysis and report. Completing the queue registration and queue management for health examination people and pause and un -paude the processing queue, finishing the data analysis and medical examination report automatically were done by the system. Results Medical examination center queue management system improved work efficiency and patients satisfaction （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The medical examination center queue management system provide a more quiet, ordered and client - friendly environment for the clients during the physical examination.
