小切口治疗前庭大腺囊肿临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨治疗前庭大腺囊肿的方法。方法：收治单侧前庭大腺囊肿患者52例，平均分为两组，观察组先用注射器排出囊液并冲洗囊腔，后切开囊肿、切口长1～1．5cm，可吸收线缝合切口创缘，对照组切开与囊肿等长的切口，再冲洗囊腔。结果：观察组愈合时间9±2．4天，对照组愈合时间14±2．4天，差异有统计学意义（P≤0．01），随访1年，两组均无复发。结论：先冲洗囊肿再小切口治疗前庭大腺囊肿不易感染，创伤小，效果好。Objective：to examine the methods of treatment of Bartholin＇s gland cyst. Methods：select single side vestibular big glands cyst patients 52 cases,divided into 2 group averagely,observation group first with syringe discharge capsule liquid and washing capsule cavity,then cut cyst,and cut long about 1- 1.Scm,can absorbed line suture cut create edge,control group cut and cyst, long of cut,again washing capsule cavity,re- sults observation group healing time for 9 - 2.4days,control group healing time for 14 - 2.4days,differences has statistics meaning （P~〈0.01） follow-up 1 years,two group are no relapse.Conclusion：Rinse cysts with small incision in treatment of Bartholin＇s gland cyst is not easy to infection,less traumatic,the effect is good.
