摘　　要：Youzha guoguo are deep-fried pastries made by Muslims in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province when celebrating the Eid at the end of Ramadan.At this time,every household serves up a lavish spread of these home-made snacks,partly to treat their guests and partly for show.Also,when visiting at the end of fasting or when"giving Salaam,"a bag of these pastries is a popular gift.Youzha guoguo are deep-fried pastries made by Muslims in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province when celebrating the Eid at the end of Ramadan.
