青光眼患者心理弹性状况及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨青光眼患者心理弹性状况及其影响因素,为促进青光眼患者身心健康提供依据。方法:选取2011年4月至2013年4月就诊于某医院的120例青光眼患者,采用心理弹性量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、社会支持量表对其进行问卷调查。结果 :①青光眼患者心理弹性得分为(58.72±7.58)分,低于国内常模(65.4±13.9),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同一般资料的青光眼患者心理弹性得分不同。②分层回归分析结果显示:病程,年龄,文化程度,视力受损状况,SCL-90得分,EPQ中E量表、N量表得分,社会支持量表得分对心理弹性有59.0%的预测作用。结论:青光眼患者心理弹性状况较差,SCL-90、人格特质、社会支持是其重要影响因素,在护理实践中应重视青光眼患者的心理问题,提高其心理弹性,维护其良好的身心健康状态。Objective： To study the psychological resilience condition and influencing factors of glaucoma patients, and provide a reference for their physical and mental health. Methods： Totally 120 glaucoma patients who were treated in Hang Zhou First People＇s hospital （April, 2011 to April, 2013） were investigated with Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Symptom Checklist （SCL-90） and social support scale. Results： @ The mean score of psychological resilience of glaucoma patients was 58.72±7.58, which was lower than norms in China （65.4±13.9） （P〈0.05）. @ The result of hierarchical regression showed that SCL-90, the extraversion and social support had predictive ability to psychological resilience condition （59.0%）. Conclusion： The score of psychological resilience of glaucoma patients was low. Level of education, course of disease, age, SCL-90, personality and social support were all important influencing factors for resilience. In the nursing practice, we should pay more attention to psychosocial problem of the glaucoma patients, and improve their psychological resilience to keep healthy.
