摘 要:目的:调查分析孕妇口腔保健知识和行为特征,为开展有效的孕妇口腔保健指导提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对218名孕妇进行口腔保健知识和行为调查。结果:对口腔保健措施的认知方面共调查6项问题,除“孕妇产后是否可以刷牙”这一问题应答正确率相对较高(83.9%),其他均较低。经组间比较,年轻孕妇、文化程度低者、农村孕妇对口腔保健措施认知率低,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。孕妇口腔保健行为方面,除每天刷牙次数在2~3次的占80.3%,其他如饭后漱口、刷牙时间、方式等方面执行较差,孕前接受过口腔保健指导的孕妇仅占10.1%。结论:孕妇口腔保健措施的总体认知情况较差,口腔健康相关行为不良。孕期口腔保健宣教和指导亟待加强,应重点加强对文化程度低、年轻孕妇和农村孕妇的宣教,并将口腔保健纳入孕期常规检查内容中。Objective: To investigate and analyze the oral health knowledge and the behavior features of the pregnant women and provide a basis for developing effective guidance. Methods: Self-designed questionnaires were used to collect information about oral health knowledge and behavior of 218 pregnant women. Results: We investigated 6 questions of the cognitive aspects of oral health care measures. Only the rate of correct answer on "Whether pregnant women at postpartum period can brush" was high to 83.9%, the correct answer rates of all the other items were low. Oral health cognition and knowledge &the pregnant women were related to t'heir ages, education degrees and living areas. The young pregnant women had less cognition and knowledge, so do the poor-educated pregnant women and rural women. In terms of pregnant women's oral health behavior, 80.3% pregnant women had tooth-brushing 2-3 times a day, while the other behaviors were poor, such as mouth-washing after meals, tooth-rushing time, and tooth-brushing ways and so on. Only 10.l% pregnant women received oral health care before pregnancy. Conclusion: The overall cognitive situation of the pregnant women's oral health measures is not optimistic as well as the behavior of the oral health. Education and guidance about oral health for the pregnant women is eager to strengthen, and should emphasize on those who are young, poor-educated, and living in the rural areas. It shovJd be a rule for the pregnant women to get a regular oral health care in their prenatal routine examination.
