广东省中医护理技术临床应用现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析广东省中医医院中医护理技术的临床应用状况及护理管理层对中医护理技术实施中存在问题的看法和对策。方法:采用自设问卷对广东省27家中医医院进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果 :广东省中医护理技术操作开展率为98.8%;开展10项及10项以上中医护理技术的三级医院占77.8%,但缺乏专科中医护理技术的系统评价,二级医院中医护理技术开展相对不足;在开展的中医护理技术中,穴位贴敷疗法开展率最高,石蜡疗法开展率最低。结论:护理人员中医护理知识缺乏、护理人力资源不足、医院重视度不够等影响了临床中医护理技术的开展。Objective： To study the Guangdong Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques and the clinical application of the nursing management on the analysis of problems and Countermeasures in the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Methods： a descriptive research method, questionnaire, investigation of Guangdong Province 27 well-known Chinese medicine hospital, and to analyze the influencing factors. Results： Guangdong Province TCM nursing operation to carry out rate was 98.8%; in 10 and above the three level of Hospital of TCM nursing technology carry out rate was 77.8%, But the lack of specialized subject doctor of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique of system evaluation, two hospitals of TCM nursing technology development is relatively insufficient in Chinese medicine nursing technology development; the acupoint application therapy, carry out rate is highest, the lowest rate of paraffin therapy development. Conclusion： the knowledge of TCM nursing lack of nursing staff, deficiency of nursing human resources, Hospital value degree is not enough are the main factors that influence the development of clinical nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.
