摘  要:为了研究沥青面层施工时高温对公铁两用箱梁桥顶板环氧砂浆和混凝土界面受力性能,在室内对环氧砂浆和混凝土的界面受力进行模拟对比分析和试验,从温度场变化的角度出发,开展了线膨胀系数和拉伸模量变化对环氧砂浆和混凝土界面受力性能影响的研究。研究表明,温度是控制环氧砂浆和混凝土两者界面受力性能的主要参数,环氧砂浆和混凝土的主拉应力随着温度场的增加而增大;环氧砂浆拉伸模量控制在4000~5000MPa有利于应力的减小和防止环氧砂浆剥离。In order to research the epoxy mortar and concrete interface stress performance of reinforced box girder bridge top slab subjected to high temperature during asphalt pavement construction, epoxy mortar and concrete interface stress were used in the laboratory simulation research and test. In this research, the change of temperature field was adopted as parameters to research mechanical performance of epoxy mortar and concrete interface subjected to coefficient of variation and the tensile modulus of linear expansion. The results show that the temperature is the main parameter to control the epoxy mortar and concrete interface between the stress performance of epoxy mortar and concrete, the principal tensile stress increases with the temperature field; epoxy mortar tensile modulus between 4 000 and 5 000MPa is beneficial to reduce and avoid the stress of epoxy mortar detachment.
