摘　　要：针对三辊轴整平机在湖北省谷竹高速公路水泥混凝土桥面铺装层施工中的应用,分析了高速公路水泥混凝土桥面铺装层的结构特性,提出了适用于三辊轴施工工艺的桥面铺装层混凝土配合比设计要求和设计方法,并从钢筋网片与导轨安装、三辊轴摊铺工艺、饰面、养护等方面总结了施工全过程的技术要求和工艺要点。工程应用表明,三辊轴整平机用于水泥混凝土桥面铺装层施工,具有施工效率高、平整度好等优点。Aiming at the application of triaxial leveling machine to the construction of cement concrete bridge deck pavement for Gucheng-Zhuxi Expressway in Hubei Province, this paper analyzes the structure characteristics of cement concrete bridge deck pavement for expressway, and puts forward the concrete mix proportion design requirements and method suitable for the construction technology of triaxial leveling machine. Furthermore, the technical requirements and main points for the whole construction process are summarized from these aspects, including the installation of reinforcing mesh and guide rail, paving process of triaxial leveling machine, finishing, curing, etc. The project applications prove that the high efficiency and the good surface evenness can be achieved by using triaxial leveling machine in the construction of bridge deck pavement.
