消瘀定痛散外敷治疗中重度膝骨关节炎36例

摘　　要：目的:评价消瘀定痛散治疗中重度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例中重度膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组给予消瘀定痛散外敷治疗,对照组给予扶他林乳胶剂外涂治疗,两组治疗均以20 d为1个疗程。在治疗结束时以关节休息痛、运动痛、压痛、肿胀、活动度及行走情况等观测指标进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组优8例,良21例,可4例,差3例,优良率占80.56%;对照组优2例,良15例,可13例,差6例,优良率占47.22%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消瘀定痛散在中重度膝骨关节炎的治疗上疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of xiaoyu dingtong powder in the treatment of moderate and severe knee osteoarthritis.Methods：72 cases of moderate and severe knee osteoarthritis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,with the former given xiaoyu dingtong powder and the latter given votalin emulgel for external coating,20 days as 1 courseAt the end of the treatment,the therapeutic effect evaluation was made according to the observed indexes such as joint rest pain,motion pain,tenderness,swelling,activity and walking condition.Results：The rate of good reaction of the treatment group was 80.56%with 8 excellent cases,21 good cases,4 not bad cases and 3 bad cases.The rate of good reaction of the control group was 47.22%with 2 excellent cases,15 good cases,13 not bad cases and 6 bad cases. The difference between two groups being statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of xiaoyu dingtong powder in the treatment of moderate and severe knee osteoarthritis was sure and convenient.
