益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎大鼠IL-10和IL-17的影响

摘　　要：目的:采用佐剂关节炎大鼠模型,探讨益气补肾活血方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制。方法:以雷公藤多苷作对照,通过对大鼠的体质量和关节肿胀指数进行观察,检测益气补肾活血方对白细胞介素-10和白细胞介素-17水平的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,益气补肾活血方能显著减轻大鼠关节肿胀指数(2.84±0.13和2.54±0.05,P<0.01);能明显提高佐剂关节炎大鼠细胞因子白细胞介素-10的水平(0.128±0.016和0.336±0.071,P<0.01),同时降低白细胞介素-17的水平(0.625±0.046和0.335±0.059,P<0.01)。结论:白细胞介素-17和白细胞介素-10在类风湿关节炎发病机制中具有重要作用,通过益气补肾活血方治疗可调节其水平。Objective：To investigate the mechanism of yiqi bushen huoxue formula in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of rat models with adjuvant arthritis.Methods：With the tripterygium glycosides as the control drug,the effects of yiqi bushen huoxue formula on the levels of interleukin-10 and interleukin-17 were detected according to the observation of body weight and joint swelling of rats.Results：Compared with the model group,yiqi bushen huoxue formula could signiifcantly reduce rat’s ankle swelling index（2.84±0.13 and 2.54±0.05, P〈0.01）,obviously improve the level of interleukin-10 in rats with adjuvant arthritis（0.128±0.016 and 0.336±0.071,P〈0.01） and at the same time reduce the level of interleukin-17（0.625±0.046 and 0.335±0.059, P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Yiqi bushen huoxue formula could adjust the levels of interleukin-17 and interleukin-10,which played important roles in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
