摘　　要：数学成绩的提高不仅要依靠努力,更要掌握正确的方法.中小学生及其家长都很重视数学的自学,但却不知道怎样自学.笔者结合数学的特征,从读书模式、读书步骤、时间的安排、自我评价等方面给出了适合中小学生自学能力培养的基本途径.The improvement of mathematical achievement should not only rely on the efforts, butthe correct method. Primary and secondary school, students and their parents have paid greatattention to mathematics self-learning, but they do not know how to achieve. The author offers the basic ways to cultivate proper self-learning abilities of the primary and secondary school students fromseveral aspects combined with the mathematical characteristic, including .reading modes, reading steps, time arrangement, and self-evaluation, and the like.
