超声波药物透入疗法治疗腰背痛的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声波药物透入疗法在临床上治疗腰背痛相关疾病的疗效,为超声波药物透入治疗腰背痛相关疾病提供指导。方法:本院2012年4-10月半年间康复科门诊患有腰背痛症状并使用超声波药物透入疗法治疗的189例患者为研究对象,采用目测类比评分法(VAS)对治疗前后的疼痛进行评分,通过计算改善率来评价超声波药物透入疗法治疗相关疾病的疗效。结果:随着治疗次数的增加,超声波药物透入疗法的有效率也逐渐增加,对于表现腰背痛症状的不同疾病,其疗效也不同。结论:超声波药物透入疗法治疗腰背痛的疗效与治疗次数和腰背痛的疾病方式有关。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the ultrasonic drug penetration therapy in the clinical treatment of low back pain-related diseases,to provide guidance for the treatment of low back pain-related diseases with ultrasonic drug penetration therapy.Method： One hundred and eighty-nine patients who had low back pain and took ultrasonic drug permeation therapy in the treatment in rehabilitation clinic from April to October of 2012 were investigated. Using the visual analog scale （VAS） to get the pain score before and after treatment,through calculating the improvement rate to evaluate ultrasonic drug permeation therapy in the treatment of related diseases.Result： With the increase of the times of treatment,the effective rate of ultrasonic drug permeation therapy also gradually increased. For different disease manifestations with low back pain,its efficacy was different. Conclusion：The efficacy of ultrasonic drug penetration therapy is related to the frequency of treatment and the different diseases with low back pain.
