射频消融治疗老年阵发性室上性心动过速119例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估经导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗老年阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2004年1月-2009年12月本院收治的119例RFCA治疗的老年PSVT患者临床资料,观察患者治疗效果、并发症及复发率情况。结果:房室折返性心动过速患者51例,其中左侧旁道40例,右侧旁道11例;房室结折返性心动过速61例;房扑7例。RFCA总成功率为98.3%(117/119);术后复发率为4.2%(5/119);并发症发生率5.04%(6/119)。结论:RFCA治疗老年PSVT安全、有效、成功率高、并发症发生率低。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of therapeutic radiofrequency catheter ablation （RFCA） on elder patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Method： To analyze the data of 119 elder patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia from January 2004 to December 2009 in our hospital treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation, and observe the outcomes, complications and recurrence rate.Result：There were 51 patients with atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia. Among them, there were 40 cases with left accessory pathways.11 cases with right accessory pathways. There were 61 patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and 7 patients with atria flutter. The overall success rate was 98.3%（117/119）. The overall recurrence rate was 4.2% （5/119） and the incidence of complication was 5.04% （6/119）. Conclusion：Radiofrequency catheter ablation is an effective and safe therapeutic method with high successful rate, low incidence of complications of old patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
