摘　　要：本文基于SooPAT中文专利搜索引擎的专利数据,对云南农业大学自1985年专利法实施以来至检索截止日,申请公开的职务发明和非职务发明专利从数量、类型、年代分布、所属的技术领域、及专利隶属部门分布等进行排序、对比和分析,揭示专利信息流的动态特征,评估云南农业大学科技创新能力。In order to evaluate the creative capacity in science in Yunnan Agricultural University, the quantitative analysis was conducted on public applications for the patents of service invention and non-service invention. The paper described that the distributions of the numbers, types, years, areas of technique, and departments of patents conferred based on the database of SooPAT Chinese patent search engine from 1985, the year when patent law was in practice to the date when the search was finished.
