摘  要:实验室的合理管理与建设是科研实验有效运行、教学顺利开展的保障。本文阐述了高校实验室管理的必要性,总结并分析了我国高校农学实验室的特点及实验室管理体制的演变过程;同时,分别从管理体制方面、实验室建设方面以及教学建设方面指出了目前我国高校实验室管理所显现的问题,并以这些问题为基础,从完善规章制度、合理安排课程、培训现有人员、招聘高素质人才、引入"5S"现场管理以及做好评估督查等方面提出提升高校农学类实验室管理水平的相关建议。An reasonable laboratory management and construction ensures the effective operation of research experiments and the smooth development of teaching. The paper describes the necessity of university laboratory management, summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of agronomy teaching labo- ratory and the evolution of laboratory management system in our university, and points out the laborato- ry management problem from management system, laboratory construction, teaching construction in our universities. Based on these problem, some relevant suggestions and measures that improves the management level of university agronomy laboratory are put forward in many aspects, such as perfecting rules and regulations, designing curriculum reasonable, training existing staff, recruiting quality talents, adopting "5S" administration model and doing well its assessment and supervision.
