摘  要:目的 制备不同年龄阶段的人脱细胞真皮(ADM),并进行体外生物学性状分析,探讨年龄差异对ADM孔隙率、细胞毒性、体外降解性的影响.方法 利用氢氧化钠消蚀+冻融法制备ADM,对比青年人与老年人皮肤制备的ADM孔隙率、细胞毒性、体外降解性等的差异.结果 成功获得ADM,2组ADM细胞毒性低、体外降解性能良好,老年组ADM孔隙率较青年组更理想.结论 氢氧化钠消蚀+冻融法制备的ADM性状优良,老年ADM较青年人更为理想.Objective To study the preparation of acellular dermal matrix (ADM) from different age stages, and analyze the biological characteristics of ADM, including porosity, cell toxicity and degradation in vitro. Methods ADM was prepared by means Qf combined treatments with sodium hydroxide solution and freeze thawing, the differences of ADM between young people(20 -30 years old) and the elderly population (60 -80 years old) were compared. The po- rosity, cell toxicity, degradation were also analyzed. Results ADM successfully obtained by sodium hydroxide solution + freeze thawing. ADM showed low eytotoxicity and appropriate degradation performance in vitro in both groups. Howev- er, ADM from aged skin displayed better porosity than youth group. Conclusion Sodium hydroxide solution + freeze thawing is an ideal way to obtain ADM. Compared with young people, skins from elderly population is more ideal source of ADM.
