摘　　要：后金融危机时代电信产业功能的国家战略定位以及在国民经济结构中电信行业的深度发展,对于中印两国来说既是机遇也是挑战。为此,研究中印电信产业合作取得的成效与问题,评价中国电信设备产品在印竞争力,分析中印电信产业合作潜力,提出两国电信产业深度合作的对策建议,不仅对全球电信产业的恢复发展起着重要的作用,同时也对世界经济发展有着重要的意义。The national strategic positioning of telecommunications industry and its further development in national economy structure constitute opportunities for and challenges to both China and India in the post- financial crisis era. Therefore, it is important to study the achievements and existing problems in Sino-India suggestions for further cooperation between the two countries in telecommunications. Good Sino-India cooperation not only accelerates the recovery and development of global telecommunications industry, but also will contribute to world economic development in general.
