鱼骨图在小儿静脉留置输液中的运用效果观察

摘　　要：目的提高小儿静脉留置输液质量。方法将2013-01—03住院患儿735例随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组369例均采用常规护理,观察组366例运用鱼骨图进行干预护理。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率,病人家属满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),置管后并发症堵管(P<0.01)、渗漏(P<0.01)、静脉炎(P<0.05)显著低于对照组,留置时间长于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论运用鱼骨图实施静脉留置输液,提高了穿刺成功率,减少了并发症,延长了留置时间,提高了家属满意度。Objective To improve the quality of infant intravenous indwelling infusion.Methods 750 hospitalized infants from January to March,2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group of 369 hospitalized infants were just given routine nursing care,while the observation group of 366 hospitalized infants adopted fishbone diagram to intervene the nursing. Results The one-time success rate of puncture and satisfaction rate of patient family members in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P＆lt;0.01）.The incidence of complications,namely pipe blockage（P＆lt;0.01）,leakage（P＆lt;0.01） and phlebitis（P＆lt;0.05） was much lower and the indwelling time（P ＆lt;0.01） was longer than the control group.The differences were of statistical significance.Conclusion Adopting fishbone diagram to carry out intravenous indwelling infusion can increase success rate of puncture,reduce incidence of complica- tions,prolong the indwelling time and improve satisfaction rate of patient family members.
