摘　　要：电-袋复合除尘技术是烟气除尘技术发展的重大创新,可以稳定地实现烟气粉尘低排放且有显著的节能效益。介绍了电-袋除尘器的低压控制设备,采用西门子S7-300系列可编程控制器(PLC),设计了电-袋除尘器的控制系统,给出了控制系统的硬件和软件结构、程序功能,最后给出了基于上位机的人机交互软件结构和功能,提高了电-袋除尘的总体管理水平。Electric-bag compound dust is a major innovation in gas dust removal technology,the emission of flue dust can be lower and it has significant energy efficiency.The voltage control equipment for electrical-bag filter is introduced,S7-300 PLC is adopted for control system design.The hardware,software and program for control system are presented.And,software structure and function of human-computer interaction based on PC is presented.It can increases the management level for electric-bag compound dust.
